1. Acceptance of the Terms
By purchasing any product or service offered by Giran Forge, you agree to these Terms of Use. Read carefully before making your purchase.
2. Sale of Interfaces
2.1. Updates:
When purchasing an interface, the customer will receive free support and updates for the main version acquired for a period of 30 days.
2.1.1. After this period, new main versions (such as 26.0.0) must be purchased separately.
2.2. Inclusion of Mods:
Some mods may be included in the acquired interface, eliminating the need for a separate purchase.
2.2.1. Additional mods, not included, can be purchased separately and integrated into the interface, which is already prepared to receive them.
3. Sale of Mods
3.1. Compatibility:
Our mods are developed in Java 8, but are compatible with newer and older versions of Lucera, provided that the necessary adaptations are made.
3.2. Adaptations:
3.2.1. For older versions of Lucera, it is possible to adapt the mod for an additional cost.
3.2.2. For packs other than Lucera, adaptations can be made for an additional cost, but we do not guarantee 100% compatibility.
3.3. Updates:
It is not possible to purchase separate updates for previously purchased mods.
3.4. Custom Mods:
Giran Forge offers custom mod development under two models:
Exclusive: The mod is exclusive to the customer and will not be marketed by Giran Forge.
Commercial: The mod can be marketed by us.
The values for each model are distinct and must be agreed upon before development.
4. Sale of Launchers
4.1. Compatibility:
Our launchers are developed in C# and are compatible with any Lineage chronicle.
4.2. Auto Login:
Launchers for classic or higher chronicles have the native auto login function. For older chronicles, a custom DLL will be used.
4.3. Logo Customization:
4.3.1. The launcher logo is linked to the acquired project and cannot be changed by the customer.
4.3.2. If the customer wants a new logo, a new launcher must be purchased for the new project.
5. Guarantees and Limitations of Liability
5.1. Giran Forge guarantees the operation of the products as specified, provided they are used under the conditions described in the Terms of Use.
5.2. We are not responsible for incompatibilities resulting from adaptations made for incompatible packs.
5.3. Any modification made by the customer without Giran Forge's authorization may void warranties and support.
6. Support and Communication
6.1. Support will be provided within the specified period for each product.
6.2. Questions or requests can be sent directly through Giran Forge's official channels.
7. Changes to the Terms of Use
Giran Forge reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels, and continued use of the services will imply acceptance of the changes.
